Following on from our who are we and why are we doing this. We simply must acknowledge this has not been solely our journey, that we have not walked this path alone. We would not be here today if it were not for the support, help, and guidance provided by those around us. And so, there are some important people we need to acknowledge.
We are grateful to Karen Eaton who was a part of the original vision team, and while no longer a part of the industry, has continued to support us with this dream. A huge thank you also to Simon Gormly who has and continues to be a wise and faithful friend and mentor. Simon and Carol are a huge blessing in our lives, and we very much appreciate their steadfastness.
Part of our vision is to support locals and that includes, as much as possible dealing with the local companies for our business requirements. In this we are exceedingly grateful for the support and quality of service provided by the following businesses:
Downing Design – Tony and his wonderful team have been outstanding to work with. They started this journey with us way back in the beginning, coming up with the conceptual artwork and designs, and have been a key component in bringing our brand together. We could not have done this without them, and we cannot speak highly enough of their service!
Embroider Me – these guys are fantastic. They can provide everything from named apparel and merchandise to umbrellas and pens, and just about everything in between. Cristy and the team are wonderful to deal with. Check them out on Bridge Street in Nelson City.
Wakefield Print/ Promote you – Genie has provided many of our printing needs, including signs, letterhead, business cards and flags. The quality has been exceptional, the turn-around excellent. We are very grateful for the attention to detail and quality of service.
Smart Business Centre – Thank you to Alison and her crew who have been involved for a few years offering invaluable accounting advice and helping us set up the systems for our accounting processes.
The Copier Company – A big shout out to Mike and the team who have provided us our photocopier/printer solutions. Based in Nelson city these guys cover the top of the south and have been amazing to deal with.
Rachel from Crombie Lockwood has been superb in her service and attention to detail, in quoting and providing for our insurance needs. She is based in Richmond.
The team at Richmond office products has been wonderful in providing our office setup needs. A special mention of Rod, who helped with our office furniture and equipment requirements. Always friendly and professional.
We also need to acknowledge the business banking team at ANZ and in particular the service provided by Sonia, from the Richmond branch.
