Franklin was successful in selling our family home.   The house had been ours, from new, for 27 years.  However our family had grown up and it no longer met our current needs.  Although a positive move, selling this home was an unfamiliar and stressful time for us.

Just a quick note to say Thank you for finally selling our home.  After so many agents had a go you completed the job, to this we thank you.   Also thank you for all the time you put into finding us our new home and the work you put in when we found that home.  Everything is now completed, and we look forward to moving soon.   

We made the decision to sell our home and move to Australia.  We listed our home with a real estate agent, someone we though understood our goal and would work well with us.   After 3 months, countless open homes the only offer we had fell through.   You can imagine our disappointment.

We decided we needed some new blood. Someone who would have the motivation etc needed to sell our home.

We contacted Franklin at 4:30pm, by 8pm that evening Franklin arrived at our home, organized and ready to present the options he felt would work best for us.   He had really taken on board our feelings, our motivation to move and most of all the need to sell our home.

We signed a listing with Franklin and during the next week we met his team.   Our first open was a week later and by that evening we knew how many people had turned up and how they felt about our home.  This was something we had not had before.

3 days later we had a meeting to make a decision about an Auction program or not, the choice was ours.  We chose Auction and Franklin had an advertising and marketing program drawn up so that we knew exactly when our home would advertised and the days and times for progress meetings and open homes.

2 days following this, Franklin brought to us, an offer on our home.  By 5pm the next day our home was unconditionally sold.  Just 14 days after we listed with him to achieve our goal.

Our biggest regret was not going to Franklin in the first place.   Our advice to anyone who really wants their home to sell is “Forget the rest, take the Best!” and honestly Franklin is the best person for the job.  He is motivated, organized and he gets results.
