The April property statistics are out for Richmond and Nelson
In Richmond there were 25 sales with a median price of $800,000. Average days on the market was 23. The lowest sale was in The Drive at $517,000 and the highest in Highfield Grove at $1.9 Million.
In Nelson there were 75 sales with a median price of $743,000. Average days on the market was 29. The lowest sale price was In Waimea Road at $390,000 and the highest at Werneth Ridge at $2.8 Million.
The market continues to be very strong but numbers of sales are somewhat down, this is due to the lack of properties on the market and because of this lack of stock we will continue to see a rise in market values for the foreseeable future.
